The liners for the disana nappy set are designed for all kinds of different purposes. Depending on the material they are made with, they can make the nappy more absorbent, soothe sore skin or make nappy changing easier. |

Our disana cotton nappy liners make the nappy more absorbent. Cotton quickly absorbs moisture and spreads it across the surface of the fibres, meaning that cotton liners can store a great deal of moisture.
Just like nappies, cotton liners must be washed after every change. |

| Brushed cotton liner |
This brushed cotton liner is folded into a strip and used as an absorbent liner for knitted and all-in-one nappies.
When the cloth is made, the cotton is lightly brushed, which not only makes it pleasantly soft and velvety, but also multiplies its relative surface, meaning it can absorb even more moisture.
But our flannel fabric is not only the perfect accessory as a nappy liner: it can also be used as a bib, burp cloth, face cloth and lots more besides.

Muslin nappies / diapers |
In the disana nappy system, muslin nappies are also used to line tie-in and all-in-one nappies. Folded into a narrow strip, they form a very absorbent liner which can store moisture for several hours. This makes the muslin nappies particularly suitable liners for the night, when the nappy is not changed so often.

Raw silk liner |
If baby’s bottom is ever sore, that’s when our silk raw silk liner comes in.
Raw silk contains plenty of natural silk bast, which has an anti-inflammatory effect. The silk also gently cools down the inflamed skin.
The silk liner is added to the nappy alongside the cotton liner, up against baby’s skin. The silk liner is changed every time along with the nappy until baby’s skin is no longer red.

Added to the cotton liners in the nappy, it picks up solids, keeping the nappy cleaner. The used cellulose liner can simply be flushed away.
